The absence of any skin irritants (preservatives, alcohol, perfume, essential oils, etc) helps the skin rebuild it's inherent skin barrier function so that the skin can self heal, self hydrate and self regenerate. Can be combined with water to achieve a lighter texture by simply mixing the product with a couple of drops of clean water.
